Baked Bacon Crumb Shrimp

This Baked Bacon Crumb Shrimp recipe works well for shrimp appetizers or a party snack.

I've never tried it myself but you could experiment with different flavor crackers and see how they taste. I would try them ahead of time and then when it's time for your party you will know which crackers you like best.

1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chives (opt.)
2 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 1/2 c. bacon flavored crackers, finely crushed

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic, pepper and chives. Dip the raw shrimp into the butter and then roll them in the crushed bacon crackers.

Place shrimp in a baking dish. Add the remaining crackers to the butter mixture and sprinkle onto the shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.

Serve this easy punch recipe at your next party with your favorite shrimp appetizers:

Ingredients:

2 (46 fluid ounce) cans unsweetened pineapple juice
2 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale
1 gallon lime sherbet
2 trays ice cubes

Directions:

1.In a large punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, ginger ale, lime sherbet, and ice cubes. Mix well and serve immediately
