Baked Bacon Crumb Shrimp
This Baked Bacon Crumb Shrimp recipe works well for shrimp appetizers or a party snack. I've never tried it myself but you could experiment with different flavor crackers and see how they taste. I would try them ahead of time and then when it's time for your party you will know which crackers you like best.
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chives (opt.)
2 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 1/2 c. bacon flavored crackers, finely crushed
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic, pepper and chives. Dip the raw shrimp into the butter and then roll them in the crushed bacon crackers.
Place shrimp in a baking dish. Add the remaining crackers to the butter mixture and sprinkle onto the shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
