BBQ Shrimp Kabobs Recipe
Get your grill fired up for some BBQ Shrimp Kabobs with veggies.
3 lbs. raw jumbo Shrimp - peeled and deveined
1 bottle Bar-b-que sauce (we recommend Jack Daniels or Sweet Baby Rays- flavor of your choice)
1 onion
2 green bell peppers
1 quart cherry tomatoes
1 quart whole mushrooms
Cut onions and green peppers in large pieces. On skewers place all ingredients, alternating between shrimp and veggies and lay in a flat dish. Cover kabobs in bar-b-que sauce and leave in refrigerator for at least two hours. Remove from bar-b-que sauce and place on grill, cook until done.
We recommend the jumbo shrimp because it will take onger to cook and will allow time for the vegetables to cook also. If using smaller shrimp, skewer them seperately from shrimp and put them on the grill first. Allow about 6 - 10 minutes for shrimp skewers.
