Sweet & Sour Shrimp Puff Appetizers Recipe

Your guests will love these Shrimp Puff Appetizers. They are pretty easy to prepare and make a terrific party appetizer.

Recipe From Video:

16 medium to large raw shrimp - thawed, peeled & deveined (patted Dry)
1 tube Pillsbury Butterflake Crescent Rolls
3 tbsp. Cream Cheese – softened
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
½ tsp. Garlic- chopped
Pinch of Ground Ginger
3 tbsp. raw Sesame Seeds
1 cup Apricot Jam

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Combine cream cheese, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in small mixing bowl until smooth.

Separate crescent rolls into triangles and cut in half as shown in video.

Spread approx. 1 tsp. of spread onto a triangle, place 1 shrimp toward large end of triangle and roll up.

Dip lightly into sesame seeds and place on cookie sheet with loose end of roll toward cookie sheet so it holds together.

Repeat until all are done. Bake in 375 degree oven approx. 16-21 minutes until golden brown and shrimp are done.

(While they are baking warm up the apricot jam in a small saucepan on stove. )

When appetizers are done place on a platter and brush on apricot jam.
