BBQ Shrimp Recipe

This BBQ shrimp recipe combines a tasty homemade barbeque sauce with shrimp. Bake it the oven and serve your family and friends some mouth-watering barbeque shrimp tonight.

COOKING TIME: 17-18 Minutes

5 lbs. large Shrimp (shell on)
2 lbs. Butter or Margarine.
5-6 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
3 Ribs Celery, very finely minced
1 medium Onion, very finely minced
½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
6 oz. of Beer
3-4 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
2 Tbsp. Chopped Rosemary Leaves
3-4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
3-4 tsp. Black Pepper, to taste
2 tsp. Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

Melt one stick of butter (or margarine) in a skillet and saute garlic, onions, celery, parsley, and rosemary (about 2-3 minutes). Melt the rest of the butter and add beer to the sauted vegetables and herbs; add Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Dip each Shrimp in the seasoned butter and bake at 350° F, until the Shrimp turn pink (about 15 minutes). Put in a handful of Shrimp in large bowls and spoon a large serving of the spicy butter sauce over it. Serve with French or Italian bread to dip in remaining spicy butter sauce. SERVINGS PER RECIPE: 6-8
