This recipe if for each serving. So make as many as you need for each person. Also, for myself I prefer to skip the clams and just do grilled shrimp in mine.
Corn husks or lettuce leaves
4 small new potatoes, cleaned
1 small onion, sliced
1 ear corn, husked and cut into fourths
1 Tbsp. margarine
6 shell raw Clams
6 fresh raw Shrimp - in shells
Salt, pepper, parsley and garlic powder
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup water
Place several corn husks in center of heavy duty aluminum foil. Top with potatoes, onion, margarine, Clams and Shrimp. Sprinkle with seasonings according to your taste. Cover with additional corn husks. Wrap foil securely, leaving small opening at top. Pour in water and wine through opening, seal tightly. Grill until vegetables are tender and Clams open, about 35 minutes.
