Easy Coconut Shrimp Recipe

It doesn't get any easier then this Easy Coconut Shrimp Recipe. For dipping it, try it with a bottled sweet and sour sauce. There are a lot of good dipping sauce recipes available but if you are trying to keep it simple, the sweet & sour sauce will work fine.

2 lbs. shrimp - thawed, deveined, shelled
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk or soda water
Coconut (fresh or packaged)

Clean shrimp, leaving the tails on. Pat shrimp dry.

Combine Bisquick and milk or soda water. Dip each shrimp into batter holding by tail and let excess batter drain off. Roll in shredded coconut.

Deep fry at 375 degrees until golden brown.
