Easy Shrimp Appetizers

It doesn't get any easier then this! Anyone can make these Easy Shrimp Appetizers. Kids love to help with them too.

1 tub soft cream cheese
1 bottle seafood cocktail sauce
1 can tiny cocktail Shrimp
1 box Ritz crackers

Spread each cracker with cream cheese. Next, spread a layer of seafood cocktail sauce over the cream cheese. Top each cracker with 2 or 3 Shrimp. Delicious.

An easy and attractive shortcut to fixing each cracker individually is to layer the cream cheese, sauce and Shrimp directly onto an attractive serving tray (a round tray is best) and stand up the crackers around the edges. The cream cheese will hold them in place and guests can spread their own crackers. Be sure not to place the crackers to far in advance or they will become soft.
