Simple Shrimp Bisque Recipe

With the help of Campbells Soup you can make this Simple Shrimp Bisque in no time!

2 cans Campbells tomato bisque soup
12 oz. water
8 oz. milk
2 oz. dry sherry
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white pepper
1/2 - 3/4 lbs. small raw shrimp - shell & tail removed, cleaned and deveined

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in medium sauce pan.

Cook on medium heat until near low boil. Add shrimp and reduce temperature to low until shrimp are cooked.

*Substitute pre-cooked shrimp if you like. Toss it in after bisque is hot enough and let shrimp heat through - approx. 3 minutes
