Making dinner couldn't be any easier with this Garlic Shrimp Scampi Recipe.
COOKING TIME: 5-6 Minutes
1-1/2 lbs. Jumbo Raw Shrimp, peeled and de-veined, tail on
4 large Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
8 Tbsp. Butter, melted
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper, freshly-ground - to taste
Add the garlic and parsley to the melted butter and cook to just golden in color; blend in the wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper, then add in the Shrimp and sauté them quickly, stirring until tender (5-6 minutes). Serve immediately, pouring any extra garlic-butter sauce over the Shrimp.
