Garlic Shrimp Scampi 
with white wine

If you love garlic, you will love this garlic shrimp
scampi dish. This probably could rate as the best shrimp scampi recipe we found, but, we are still looking!

Recipe from video:

10 x-large raw, shell-on shrimp, deveined and thawed
10 cloves garlic - chopped
1 cup all-purpose white flour
2 tbsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup clarified butter
1/8 cup white wine 
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt

Combine flour, paprika and cayenne pepper in large bowl. Stir together. Toss in shrimp and stir to coat shrimp.

Preheat pan for 2 minutes. Pour clarified butter in pan and add garlic. Let cook for about 1 minute and then add shrimp. Sprinkle with salt.

After 3 minutes, turn shrimp and cook another 3 minutes. Pour in wine and 2 tablespoons butter. Cook until butter is melted.
