This Layered Shrimp Dip makes a great party dip and is easy to put together.
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) jar cocktail sauce
1/2 pound cooked baby shrimp (chopped to desired size or leave whole - save 2 to 3 whole ones for a garnish)
3 green onions, chopped
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
Spread cream cheese on a medium round serving platter. Layer with cocktail sauce. Top with baby shrimp, green onions and olives. Chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish top center with a sprig of parsley and 2 or 2 whole cooked baby shrimp.
Serve with party crackers.
