Cajun Spicy Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

2 sticks butter and 2 sticks margarine
3/8 to 1/2 c, Worcestershire
4 Tbsp. coarse ground pepper
2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. rosemary (ground)
2 tsp. salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 lemons, 2 juiced, 2 sliced
5 to 6 lbs, Shrimp

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In bowl mix all except Shrimp and lemon slices. Pour approximately 1/2 cup sauce to cover bottom of large baking dish. Layer Shrimp and lemons. Pour remaining sauce over Shrimp. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven, stirring once or twice until Shrimp are cooked through ( approximately 15 minutes). Serve in a bowl with crusty french bread to soak up the juices.

Serves 20 as appetizer and 10 as main dish.

Ingredients:

1 cup warm water
1 package yeast-(rapid-rise recommended)
3/4 tsp salt (or to taste) 
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine water with yeast and salt. Let sit for five minutes. Stir in flour until the dough is stiff enough to knead. (Add flour a little at a time.) Knead dough until smooth and elastic–a few minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl; cover. Let rise until doubled. Form dough into a French-style loaf and place on greased baking sheet. (Dust baking sheet with cornmeal first if desired.) Place immediately in oven (unpreheated!)–bread will rise as oven heats up. Set oven at 375-degrees. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
