Grilled Lemon Butter Shrimp Recipe

This grilled lemon butter shrimp recipe is a snap to make! I just love the combination of lemon, butter and garlic flavors and that great grilled taste.

For a twist to this recipe you could easily turn it into a shrimp pasta dish.

Prepare your favorite pasta like linguini or ziti, and while it’s warm toss with it 2 tablespoons butter, a splash to 1/4 tsp lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste. Top with the grilled lemon butter shrimp. Mmm, mmm it’s soooo good!

Ingredients:

1 lb. raw large or larger size, peeled and thawed *
2 tablespoons parsley – fresh is best
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh or concentrate)
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

In a small bowl combine the parsley, butter, lemon juice and garlic. Brush shrimp with the lemon butter mixture. Place buttered shrimp in a grill basket.

Place on grill over medium heat and grill approx 2-3 minutes, flip shrimp over and grill another 3-4 minutes or until grilled shrimp are a whitish/pink color.

*Deveined shrimp is a good idea for this size shrimp to avoid it from being gritty. For directions on how to devein shrimp, click this link to check out our page on deveining shrimp.
