3/4 lbs. medium Raw Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1 Clove Garlic, thinly sliced or pressed
1/2 cup Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup Dry White Wine
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt and pepper - to taste
Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat; add Shrimp and cook, stirring, just until Shrimp begin to curl and turn pink (about 1 minute); add tomatoes, white wine and garlic, increase heat to high and cook, stirring, until Shrimp are just opaque through (1-2 minutes longer). Transfer to warmed plates and serve.
