This has got to be the Easiest Shrimp Bisque recipe there is.
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Shrimp
1/2 can milk or cream
1/4 cup sherry
Combine all ingredients except sherry. Heat to boiling and add 1/4 cup of sherry or to taste.
Place in serving bowls. Top with salt & pepper to taste, a dash of nutmeg or a splash of hot sauce.
