4 (10 1/2 oz.) cans Campbell potato soup
2 (5 oz.) cans Shrimp, drained & rinsed
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 soup cans half & half
1 soup can milk
1 package frozen Crab Meat, drained
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp. minced onion
Salt & pepper as desired
Add butter to a large pot. Melt on low-medium heat setting. Add minced onion and cook until almost soft.
Add potato soup. Slowly and in milk, stirring constantly until well blended. Add half and half, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients.
Heat through and serve.
