1 box Spanish Rice Mix Or Chicken Flavor Rice-A-Roni
20 to 30 small canned, fresh or frozen shrimp (thawed)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 to 3 teaspoons extra spicy Mrs. Dash (to taste)
Sauté Rice-a-Roni in oil in skillet with onion, celery, bell pepper and shrimp until golden brown. Add 2 1/3 cups hot water and stir in seasoning pack from Rice-a-Roni and Mrs. Dash. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serves 4.
