Marinated Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Interesting blend of lemon, soy sauce and red wine are used in this Marinated Grilled Shrimp Recipe. Try it out and see what you think. It's delicious!

4 to 5 uncooked Shrimp, per person, with shells 
1 cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. fresh or dried tarragon

Cut out black vein, but leave shell attached to Shrimp. Mix all ingredients. Pour over Shrimp. Marinate shrimp for at least 2 hours. Cook Shrimp over hot coals for 5 to 6 minutes. Shrimp should be moist and tender with slightly charred shells.
